1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By placing an order you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products & Descriptions

We sell genuine, imported gaming consoles, handhelds, video games, building sets, die-cast models, accessories and related collectibles. While we make every reasonable effort to describe products accurately, the following apply:

• Product images are for illustration only. Actual colour, packaging, regional variant, bundled contents and plug type may differ.
• Imported products may carry international packaging, manuals or warranty cards. Manufacturer (OEM) India warranty may not apply; any warranty is provided solely by us on the terms stated at the time of sale.
• Compatibility, region-locking, language and software/firmware behaviour are the buyer’s responsibility to verify before purchase. We are happy to clarify on request prior to payment.
• Stock is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Listing a product is an invitation to offer, not a binding offer to sell.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice until an order is confirmed and paid in full.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order even after confirmation and to refund any amount paid for that item.
• Orders are processed and dispatched only after we receive full and cleared payment. No-Cost EMI and financing, where shown, are facilitated by third-party providers and are subject to their separate terms; we are not a party to that arrangement.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies or charges not expressly stated as included.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance by us at our sole discretion. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order — including after payment — for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, incomplete address or verification failure. Where we cancel an order for such reasons, our only liability is to refund the amount actually paid for the cancelled item. Buyer-requested cancellations are accepted only before the item is dispatched.

5. Verification Before Payment

For eligible orders we offer a video-call verification of the actual unit before you pay. Once you approve the unit on this call and complete payment, you acknowledge that the product met your expectations at the time of purchase. This significantly limits the grounds for any subsequent dispute.

6. Warranty

Where a warranty is offered, it is a limited seller warranty covering manufacturing defects only, for the period stated on the invoice. It does not cover: physical, liquid or accidental damage; unauthorised repair or tampering; normal wear; consumables; software, account, save-data or content issues; or misuse. Warranty service may, at our discretion, be provided by repair, replacement of the defective part, or replacement with an equivalent unit. Shipping of the unit to us for warranty assessment is the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any product or order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of data, profits, goodwill or opportunity, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold micromini, its owners and staff harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of any product purchased from us.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Store — including text, graphics, logos and the Micromini name and marks — is our property or used under licence and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Third-party brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the products we sell.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Store constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
